FAQ

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If payment for your order is received Monday through noon Pacific time Friday, your order will be shipped out within 48 hours. If your order was placed after noon Friday,  Saturday, Sunday, or major Canadian holiday, your order will be shipped by the following Tuesday.

Domestic packages usually take between 3-7 days depending upon the Canada Post service level you choose.

What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your Canada Post Corporation tracking information.  You may need to check your SPAM folder to find this email.

What’s your return policy?
YOCAN CANADA will happily replace any part of a unit verified defective within 90 days of purchase that was purchased through the YOCAN CANADA website. You need to be able to prove you purchased your product from YOCAN CANADA.

Used coils, pushed-in USB ports, charging cables, etc. are not covered under warranty by the manufacturer.

All defective parts need be returned with customer proof of purchase. Only the defective parts will be replaced.  Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

YOCAN CANADA is not the manufacturer.  We are only able to provide warranty support for purchases made from the YOCAN CANADA website.  If you have purchased elsewhere, you will need to work with the retailer you purchased from to determine if they are willing to provide you with warranty support.  Regrettably, we have no control or influence over retailers who do not purchase from YOCAN CANADA.

The manufacturer’s contact details are listed on Yocan’s product packaging.  Unfortunately, we are not able to reply to emails that are intended for the manufacturer.

How do I change or cancel an order?
You need to contact us immediately to cancel your order. Please note, if your order is in “processing” status, it is too late to cancel the order.

What type of payment options are there?
We accept payment through interac e-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an interac e-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Google is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + interac e-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution.  For information on sending an e-transfer, please contact your financial institution or http://www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html

What are your shipping fees?
We ship via Canada Post.  Shipping fees are based on your physical address location, and the type of Canada Post service you choose.  The Canada Post app calculates the cost to ship from Vancouver, BC to your address.  All orders are shipped with signature required.  No exceptions.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.

Standard Etiquette
Communications containing foul language, rudeness, or other abusive actions are not tolerated.  Any communication containing the aforementioned will be removed without response.
